Buyer guide

Everything you need to turn Sunday Club into your own creative experiences business, in ten short steps.

Good to know: Framer hosting plans, booking platforms and payment processing are separate services that may involve their own costs. All businesses, people, prices, dates, availability and reviews in this template are fictional sample content.

01

Duplicate and set up

• Remix Sunday Club into your Framer workspace and rename the project.

• Open Site Settings and update the site title, description, favicon and social image.

• Plan check: this template uses 4 CMS collections. Framer’s Free plan allows them without a custom domain; to use a custom domain you need a plan that includes 4+ collections (Pro at the time of writing). Check framer.com/pricing.

02

Change the brand

• Assets → Colors: edit Butter, Ivory, Cobalt, Coral, Coral Text, Lilac, Mint and Ink. Every page updates automatically.

• Assets → Text: the display face is Bricolage Grotesque and the body face is DM Sans. Swap fonts inside the text styles, not on individual layers.

• Edit the wordmark in the Navigation component and the footer in the Site Layout. Or ask the Agent: /rebrand.

03

Edit workshops

• CMS → Workshops: title, category, tagline, duration, price, group size, level, image (with alt text), description, what’s included, booking link and order.

• Turn on Featured for the one workshop you want in the homepage spotlight.

• CMS → Categories controls the filter chips and badge colours. Add a category and it appears in the filters automatically.

04

Add upcoming sessions

• CMS → Sessions: choose the workshop, set the date and time, a time label, the room, the price and an availability label.

• Sessions are sorted by date. Delete past sessions or set them to draft.

• Availability is a manual label — it is not a live seat count.

05

Configure booking links

• Paste the booking URL from your provider (for example Eventbrite, Bookwhen, Ticket Tailor, FareHarbor or Acuity) into each workshop’s and session’s Booking Link field.

• All sample links point to example.com and must be replaced.

• The template does not take payments, reserve seats or sync availability; your booking provider does that.

06

Configure forms

• There are three forms: the private events enquiry, the contact form and the newsletter sign-up in the footer.

• Select each form and set where submissions go (email, webhook or a connected integration such as a spreadsheet or mailing list tool).

• Submit a test entry from the published site and confirm it arrives. Review the consent wording against your privacy policy.

07

Customise gift vouchers

• The voucher options on the Gift Vouchers page link to an external checkout. Replace the example.com links with your Stripe Payment Links, Shopify products or booking platform gift cards.

• Edit the Gift Card component (Assets) to change the amount, note and colours. Tapping the card flips it.

• Update the voucher terms in the FAQ and on the Terms page.

08

Use the Agent Skills

• House Rules is always on and keeps the Agent inside the design system.

• /design-system — build new sections from existing styles and components.

• /rebrand — adapt the template for another creative business.

• /add-workshop — add a workshop to the CMS from a short description.

• /new-page — create a new on-brand page.

• /launch-check — review the site before publishing.

09

Create new pages with the Agent

• Try: “/new-page Create a Corporate Team Building page using the Sunday Club design system.”

• Try: “/add-workshop Add a beginner candle-making workshop, 2 hours, £48.” The Agent will ask for anything essential that is missing.

• Review every Agent change on desktop, tablet and phone before publishing.

10

Before you publish

• Replace all sample text, prices, dates, testimonials and the fictional address, email and phone number.

• Replace or keep the photography (Unsplash licence) and update alt text.

• Set form destinations, booking links and voucher checkout links; replace the sample Privacy and Terms pages.

• Run /launch-check, then test the published site on a real phone.
